What we collect

Details you give us through the contact form, by email, by phone or when logging a support ticket: name, work email, company, and the content of your message. Our website records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to deliver and support the services you have engaged us for, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to keep the site secure. Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests and, where applicable, consent.

Who we share it with

Processors we rely on to run the business: Microsoft (email and Azure hosting), Atlassian (ticketing), TeamViewer (remote support), and our accountants. We do not sell personal data. Where a processor is outside the UK, transfers are covered by the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: 12 months. Client records: for the engagement plus six years, to meet tax and contract requirements. Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email hello@shwok.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
